With more than 20 years of International Recruitment Experience, Jayson has the vision to better the lives of the Light Industrial, traditionally the Blue Collar worker piecing together the puzzle of housing, transportation, fair wages and benefits for the mass employment market. Born in Cape Town South Africa, Jayson is an avid Endurance Runner learning the importance of patience when it comes to placing the right candidate in the best working environment. He still believes in one on one relationships with both Client and Candidate, which has been the mark of his success over the many years. His passion for the business and life exudes in everything he does.

Steven, has led international startup operations for the past 25 years. He has built and managed almost every functional area within an organization including professional services, technical services, software development, sales, marketing, business development, product development, human resources, finance, and project management. He is recognized for his leadership ability to create highly efficient work environments. Steven has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Planning and Management from UC Davis. Early in his career he worked as a licensed landscape architect, land planner, architectural designer and led operations for an structural engineering firm in Southern California.

Brian retired from the United States Army as a Sergeant First Class after eleven years of service. With over six years of direct recruiting experience & five years of multi-business development. He now operates as the Chief Operating Officer for Alpha Roster in Reno, Nevada. Working to better serve his fellow Veterans in the local community, he hopes to ease the transition between their Military service and new careers, bridging the gap that is so often missed. Brian has graduated Alpha Chi from Post University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a Management Concentration. He currently attends San Francisco State University where he is earning his Executive Masters of Business Administration. Originally from Susanville, CA, Brian lives in Reno and spends his free time with his wife and 3 children.

Zachary is a veteran that transitioned to the civilian workforce after 8 years of serving the United States Army. With nearly a decade of recruiting experience, he now leads Recruiting and consulting for Alpha Roster in Reno, Nevada. He previously served as the Lead recruiter for Panasonic Energy of North America and oversaw their workforce and education development. He developed a recruiting strategy for Panasonic that led to over 1,500 new employees from the local area and 8 out of state pipelines. He also served on the Governor of Nevada’s steering team that developed future career pathways for the State of Nevada.

Scott brings 30 years experience in finance, real estate and investments. This includes ground up construction of large residential and commercial properties. Further, he is adept at structuring both debt and equity financing. Scott has worked for major financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase and First Republic. During his career he has arranged real estate and investment financing in excess of $500 million.

Burt has been a general contractor and real estate developer for over 40 years. His projects include industrial, office, medical office and high density residential. 

Further he has provided street renovation and paving work for several municipalities.
